Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Office Administrator.
The role involves managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional office environment.
Additional tasks include coordinating with delivery team, adhere to Integrated Management System(IMS) standards delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with vendors to deliver our services efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
