Job Summary

  • The Office Administrator is responsible for the day to day administration and coordination of the Qatar office, ensuring smooth office operations, document control support, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administration
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Maintain company records, permits, and licenses
  • Support onboarding of employees and visitors
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and visas
  • Manage correspondence, incoming calls, and office communications
  • Liaise with government departments and service providers
  • Assist with procurement of office related materials and services
  • Support project teams with administrative requirements
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hardcopy
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
  • Support HSE and quality documentation requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
  • 3 5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in construction, EPC, oil & gas, or commissioning projects preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Qatar labor and visa processes is an advantage
