Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and organized Admin & HR Coordinator to join our facility maintenance team.

• Coordinate daily activities and requirements with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, site visits, and maintenance-related activities.
• Coordinate and maintain the driver schedule and transportation requirements.
• Maintain and update daily staff attendance records.
• Monitor and record staff overtime on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower, attendance, leave, and site requirements.
• Maintain employee and administrative records and documentation.
• Assist with general HR and administrative activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to attendance, overtime, manpower, and operations.
• Coordinate between management, supervisors, technicians, and office staff.

• Previous experience in Administration / HR, preferably within a Facility Management or Maintenance company.
• Good knowledge of facility maintenance operations and terminology.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and attendance systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate attendance and overtime records.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
