- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM system to ensure accurate records
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues
- Ensure follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and provide additional assistance if needed

Overview
