Role Overview
The role is a Senior Administrative Coordinator / Operations Administrator focused on data analysis, budget tracking, and process improvement.
The position reports to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Prepare board meeting materials and presentations.
- Track departmental budgets using Excel, identify variances, and forecast future spending.
- Create dynamic dashboards using Power Query and advanced charts to present KPIs to management.
- Design and maintain complex Excel workbooks that automate manual reporting processes, using macros or VBA where applicable.
- Manage vendor contracts and purchase orders and keep related documentation accurate and up to date.
Excel Proficiency Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Index/Match, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and nested Excel formulas.
- Experience with macros and recording VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks.
- Ability to clean large datasets using duplicate removal, text-to-columns, and data validation.
- Experience exporting data from ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle into Excel for analysis.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
