Role Description
The Office Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role oversees daily office operations and supports a professional, efficient work environment for a fast-paced real estate advisory business.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows, schedules, meetings, office supplies, facilities, documentation, and filing systems.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and streamline processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients as needed.
- Assist with basic finance and HR administration, including invoice tracking, expense reports, and staff records.
- Prepare reports and presentations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
