HAQ INTERNATIONAL MOTORS FZCO seeks an Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and support sales and procurement teams in Dubai. The role requires experience in automotive administration and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, monitoring accounts receivables and payables, ledger maintenance, and budget tracking
- Handle bank related transactions of company accounts
- Oversee and maintain general office files including staff files, payroll files, stock lists, vendor files
- Maintain office environment for day to day operations, vehicle gate passes, taking pictures, editing vehicles, uploading on social media, and updating company website
- Handle incoming and visiting customers, phone calls, and online inquiries related to vehicle sales
- Create good relationships with outside stakeholders, suppliers, immigration, and handle trade license renewal, VAT returns, and customs documentation
- Execute company director's new ideas to increase business in automotive or related fields
- Handle sales team's day to day sales activities for documentation purposes
- Handle procurement team's purchases of new vehicles and spare parts from local and international markets
- Participate in different auctions locally and internationally and report to director
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
- Very good experience in automotive company in same field of administration manager or general manager
- Communication and leading skills
