Overall

  • Office administrator, office manager will handle complete office administrative tasks with additional tasks as detailed in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, monitoring accounts receivables and payables, ledger maintenance, and budget tracking.
  • Handle bank related transactions of company accounts.
  • Oversee and maintain general office files including staff files, payroll files, stock lists, vendor files.
  • Maintain office environment for day to day operations, vehicle gate passes, taking pictures, editing vehicles, uploading on social media, and updating company website.
  • Handle incoming and visiting customers, phone calls, and online inquiries related to vehicle sales.
  • Create good relationships with outside stakeholders, suppliers, immigration, and handle trade license renewal, VAT returns, and customs documentation.
  • Execute company director's new ideas to increase business in automotive or related fields.
  • Handle sales team's day to day sales activities for documentation purposes.
  • Handle procurement team's purchases of new vehicles and spare parts from local and international markets.
  • Participate in different auctions locally and internationally and report to director.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Very good experience in automotive company in same field of administration manager or general manager.
  • Communication and leading skills.
  • Online business command.
  • Analytical skills, financial skills.
  • Digital marketing awareness.
  • Time management skills.
