Responsibilities
- Handle day to day office administration activities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and clients
- Schedule meetings, service visits, and appointments
- Maintain employee attendance and office supplies
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment follow ups
- Prepare VAT related documents and reports
Requirements
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage documentation
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in administration and accounts preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage

Job Summary
- The Office Admin Cum Accountant is responsible for handling daily office administration, accounts management, customer coordination, documentation, and supporting smooth business operations.
Administrative Duties
- Handle day to day office administration activities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and clients
- Schedule meetings, service visits, and appointments
- Maintain employee attendance and office supplies
Accounting Duties
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment follow ups
- Prepare VAT related documents and reports
- Assist in monthly financial reporting
- Maintain accounting records using accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Excel)
Required Skills
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage documentation
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in administration and accounts preferred
