Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Maintain and organize laboratory files, records, and documentation
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy in databases
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Monitor office and laboratory supply inventory and place orders
- Assist with sample registration and documentation
- Support quality assurance activities including filing calibration records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice filing
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Arabic is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
