The Role
We're looking for a proactive Office Admin Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support our growing team.
You'll work directly with the firm principal and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- The key responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to the following:
- Prepare client invoices, track and follow up on payments
- Keep Google Drive files organized and accessible for all clients
- Communicate with clients via email (follow-ups, document requests, meeting scheduling)
- Reach out to potential clients and track leads
- Handle basic HR admin (document prep, leave tracking, visa coordination)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration role in UAE (experience in audit/consulting firms will be preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Click up, Monday.com)
