About the Role
Nish Hair Pvt LTD is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to handle daily administrative operations.
The role supports smooth office functioning and requires attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operations.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, and facility staff.
- Coordinate vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Handle courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
- Manage stationery and pantry supply inventory.
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and update administrative records.
- Support departments with administrative requirements.
- Keep the office organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or office operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
