- Implement and enforce security policies, including multi factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP)
- Oversee user lifecycle management, from onboarding new employees with appropriate access to deprovisioning accounts for departing staff
- Configure and troubleshoot email flow, mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes within Exchange Online

- Experience managing Office 365 tenant and services
- Knowledge of security policies including MFA, conditional access, and DLP
