- هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل ومن داخل المقر، لمتخصص في الذكاء الاصطناعي الهجومي (Offensive AI Specialist) في دبي. ستكون في طليعة الأمن الهجومي المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث تنفذ اختبارات اختراق ذاتية، وتطور استراتيجيات للفرق الحمراء الوكيلة، وتجري تقييمات أمنية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي لبيئات العملاء. ستقوم بتصميم وصيانة أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الهجومية الخاصة بشركة Saqr AI، وتحليل الثغرات الجديدة (بما في ذلك تلك المتعلقة بأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي نفسها)، وتصميم محاكاة واقعية للخصوم، والعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع فرق متعددة التخصصات من المهندسين والباحثين والمستشارين لتحديد التهديدات ومعالجتها. تشمل المهام أيضاً مواكبة التطور السريع في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني، والمساهمة في الأبحاث، ومساعدة Saqr AI في الحفاظ على مكانتها كشركة إقليمية رائدة في مجال الأمن السيادي للذكاء الاصطناعي.
- المؤهلات
- فهم قوي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي الهجومي، ومنهجيات اختبار الاختراق، وبروتوكولات الأمن السيبراني الحديثة.
- إلمام بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، والأنظمة الوكيلة، والأدوات المعتمدة على نماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLM)، وعمليات الفرق الحمراء الذاتية.
- إتقان لغة Python (أساسي)، ويفضّل إحدى لغات C++ أو Go أو Java، مع خبرة عملية في أطر عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي مثل PyTorch أو TensorFlow أو LangChain.
- خبرة في تقييم الثغرات، وأمن الشبكات وتطبيقات الويب، ومنهجيات الاختراق الأخلاقي.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، مع القدرة على العمل باستقلالية في مجالات بحثية غامضة وسريعة التطور.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك القدرة على ترجمة المفاهيم المعقدة للذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني لأصحاب المصلحة من غير التقنيين.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسوب، أو الأمن السيبراني، أو الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات الاحترافية مثل OSCP أو OSEP أو CRTO أو أو ما يعادلها تُعدّ ميزة قوية.
- الإلمام بلوائح الأمن السيبراني في دولة الإمارات ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (DESC، SIA، NCA) ومشهد التهديدات الإقليمي يُعدّ ميزة إضافية.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offensive AI Specialist based in Dubai.
You will sit at the cutting edge of AI-driven offensive security, executing autonomous penetration tests, developing agentic red team strategies, and conducting GenAI-powered security assessments against client environments.
You'll design and maintain Saqr AI's proprietary offensive AI tooling, analyse novel vulnerabilities (including those unique to AI systems themselves), craft realistic adversary simulations, and work alongside cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and consultants to identify and remediate threats.
The role also involves staying ahead of the rapid evolution of AI and cybersecurity, contributing to research, and helping Saqr AI maintain its position as a regional leader in sovereign AI security.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of offensive AI techniques, penetration testing methodologies, and modern cybersecurity protocols.
- Familiarity with generative AI applications, agentic systems, LLM-based tooling, and autonomous red team operations.
- Proficiency in Python (essential), and ideally one of C++, Go, or Java; hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment, network and web application security, and ethical hacking methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving research areas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including translating complex AI/security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or equivalent are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with UAE and GCC cybersecurity regulations (DESC, SIA, NCA) and the regional threat landscape is advantageous.
