Off Site Validation Test Engineer Intern - Crop Harvesting Mt. Joy Location

Intern Program Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities may include:
• Learning the functional operation of combines, headers, cotton pickers, sugarcane harvesters and how subsystems interact during crop harvesting
• Assisting with machine performance evaluations , diagnosing malfunctions, and recommending improvements
• Operating combines both in the field during harvest and on test tracks for controlled vehicle testing
• Supporting lab tests to understand component and subsystem validation before field trials
• Creating daily logs, problem reports, and test reports within CNH systems to enhance technical writing and communication skills
• Traveling to field locations with senior test engineers to support validation activities
• Assisting in prototype builds, part installation, and test preparations in coordination with product development teams
• Collaborating in a team-focused environment , gaining exposure to equipment function, validation processes, and customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or a related field: Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
