Responsibilities

  • Market real estate projects using off plan sales system to potential clients
  • Receive clients at the sales center and provide detailed project explanations
  • Follow up with clients, analyze their needs, and suggest suitable real estate solutions
  • Complete booking processes and document contracts via official platforms like Sakani and Wafi
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets according to company plan
  • Build sustainable client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) for integrated client experience
  • Update client database and monitor real estate closing stages

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, preferably in off plan projects
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Housing regulations and Wafi platform
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in computer use and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a team and achieve targets
