Role Overview
- REMAX Hub is looking for an experienced and motivated Off Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong background in off plan property sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for off plan property sales.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities across Dubai's leading off plan developments.
- Conduct client consultations and understand investment objectives.
- Arrange and attend property presentations, launches, and developer events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Negotiate offers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, new launches, pricing, and developer incentives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai off plan real estate sales.
- Proven track record of closing property sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan market and major developers.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self motivated with a results driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or Hindi are an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle preferred.
