About the Role
Wateredge Technical Services seeks experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agents for commission-only roles in Dubai. Agents will generate leads, advise clients on off-plan developments, conduct property viewings, and close sales.

- Generate and manage new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Advise clients on Dubai's latest off plan developments and investment opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Stay up to date with market trends, developer launches, and promotional offers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai off plan real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai off plan property market
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
