Your Role

• Handle qualified local and international investor leads.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers and investors.
• Provide market insights and investment advice and guide clients through transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current real estate trends and project launches.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in open houses and international property roadshows.

Who They Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience in off-plan or secondary-market property.
• A strong sales record and ability to close high-value deals.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Income Information

• The posting states realistic income of AED 50K–200K or more monthly.
