Alarfeen Real Estate is seeking an Off Plan Consultant to identify and present off-plan projects to buyers in Dubai. The role involves lead generation, property tours, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Identify and present suitable off plan projects to prospective buyers
- Conduct property tours and presentations
- Provide up to date information on project details, payment plans, and developer offerings
- Generate and qualify leads, manage personal sales pipeline
- Guide clients through full sales cycle from inquiry to handover coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor projects
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in Dubai off plan or investment properties
- Strong client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and off plan project structures
- Comfort with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and office software
- High level of professionalism and resilience in a target driven environment
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation highly preferred
- RERA certification and bachelor’s degree beneficial

Role Description
- Identify and present suitable off plan projects to prospective buyers
- Conduct property tours and presentations
- Provide up to date information on project details, payment plans, and developer offerings
- Generate and qualify leads, manage personal sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently through calls, messages, meetings, and property events
- Guide clients through full sales cycle from initial inquiry to handover coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor projects
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns
- Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in Dubai off plan or investment properties
- Strong client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
- Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese) is an advantage
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment concepts
- Comfort with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and office software
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and resilience
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation highly preferred
- RERA certification and bachelor’s degree beneficial
