Hiring Overview
- Urban Frame is growing, and we're looking for a driven Off Plan Agent to join our Dubai team, working with new launches and developer projects across residential and commercial properties.
What You'll Do
- Manage leads from first contact to closing on off plan projects.
- Present new launches, payment plans, and developer offerings to clients.
- Conduct viewings, negotiations, and client consultations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of real estate or sales experience (off plan/developer sales a plus).
- Strong communicator, fluent in English (extra languages are a plus).
- Self motivated and target driven.
Commission Structure
- Commission based only: 40% on company provided leads, 60% on your own personal leads.
