Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads for Odoo ERP solutions and related services
- Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored Odoo demos that address client pain points and operational goals
- Prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals in coordination with technical and implementation teams
- Collaborate closely with consultants and developers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements
- Maintain strong, long term relationships through regular follow ups and account management
- Monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies and campaigns, and provide feedback to improve service offerings
Requirements
- Strong Odoo ERP sales experience, including solution selling, requirements discovery, and demo presentation
- Solid background in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management within technology, ERP, or software solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (consultants, developers, implementers) to shape realistic and value driven proposals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal form
- Comfort with consultative selling approaches, including needs analysis, ROI discussions, and value based positioning
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management, forecasting, and reporting, preferably Odoo CRM
- Understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, operations, inventory, and sales, and how ERP can optimize them
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel to client locations as needed
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial
- Prior experience with Odoo implementation partners or other ERP vendors is an advantage
- Self driven, organized, and able to meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Role Description
- The Odoo Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for driving sales of Odoo ERP solutions and related services.

- The role involves preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in coordination with technical and implementation teams.
- The Odoo Sales Manager collaborates closely with consultants and developers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements, while maintaining strong, long term relationships through regular follow ups and account management.
