Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and configure standard Odoo features
- Support and enhance Accounting and HR modules including Employees, Payroll, Leaves/Time Off, and Self Service
- Provide user support, issue resolution, and basic end user training
- Act as a single point of contact for both functional and technical support
- Perform technical development including custom modules, workflows, and automation
- Customize forms, views, and reports (QWeb/XML) as required
- Manage data activities including imports, cleanup, and basic migration
- Monitor system performance, user access, and data integrity
- Prepare the system for future integrations (APIs, external systems)
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Odoo best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo with strong functional and technical expertise
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and HR/Payroll processes
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
- Ability to work independently and manage end to end responsibilities
- Ability to communicate in Arabic (nice to have)
- Experience with KSA payroll (nice to have)
- Experience in multi company environments (nice to have)
- Experience with system integrations (nice to have)
