Functional
Analyze business processes and configure standard Odoo features (with preference for standard over customization)
Support and enhance Accounting and HR modules including Employees, Payroll, Leaves/Time Off, and Self-Service
Provide user support, issue resolution, and basic end-user training
Act as a single point of contact for both functional and technical support
Technical
Perform technical development including custom modules, workflows, and automation
Customize forms, views, and reports (QWeb/XML) as required
Manage data activities including imports, cleanup, and basic migration
Monitor system performance, user access, and data integrity
Prepare the system for future integrations (APIs, external systems)
Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Odoo best practices

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo with strong functional and technical expertise
Strong knowledge of Accounting and HR/Payroll processes
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end responsibilities
Nice to Have:
Ability to communicate in Arabic
Experience with KSA payroll
Experience in multi-company environments
Experience with system integrations
