Role Description
The Odoo Functional Consultant works full time in Riyadh with business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role analyzes processes, gathers requirements, and translates them into functional Odoo configurations and workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare functional documentation.
- Support users during implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Coordinate with developers on business-aligned customizations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and propose usability and performance improvements.
- Manage client expectations and provide functional guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
- Understanding of sales, inventory, HR, operations, finance, and accounting processes is required.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems in a functional or implementation role is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- The ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities is required.
- ERP or Odoo certifications are an advantage.
