Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling, business focused Odoo demonstrations tailored to client industry and pain points
- Translate client requirements into clear demo scenarios
- Support pre sales team with requirement gathering, solution scoping, and proposal input
- Lead end to end Odoo implementations covering POS, Manufacturing, Inventory, and related modules
- Configure and test solutions based on agreed functional specifications
- Coordinate with developers for customization requirements and UAT
- Deliver structured user training sessions for client teams
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and SOPs
- Provide post go live support and hypercare during transition periods
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on Odoo functional experience
- Deep expertise in Odoo POS and Odoo Manufacturing modules
- Proven ability to demo Odoo confidently in front of clients
- Solid understanding of inventory, sales, and purchase flows
- Strong communication skills in English
- UAE experience or knowledge of UAE business practices preferred

The Role
- We are looking for a driven and articulate Odoo Functional Consultant with strong hands on expertise in Point of Sale (POS) and Manufacturing modules.
- This is not a back office role — you will be front and center: running demos, winning client confidence, implementing solutions, and training end users.
What You'll Do
- Deliver compelling, business focused Odoo demonstrations tailored to the client industry and pain points
- Translate client requirements into clear demo scenarios that resonate with both technical and non technical audiences
- Support the pre sales team with requirement gathering, solution scoping, and proposal input
- Lead end to end Odoo implementations covering POS, Manufacturing (MO, BOM, Work Centers, Routings), Inventory, and related modules
- Configure and test solutions based on agreed functional specifications
- Coordinate with developers for customization requirements and UAT
- Deliver structured user training sessions for client teams at all levels
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and SOPs
- Provide post go live support and hypercare during transition periods
Must Have
- 2+ years of hands on Odoo functional experience
- Deep expertise in Odoo POS — session management, payment methods, product configuration, customer loyalty, UAE VAT on receipts
- Deep expertise in Odoo Manufacturing — BOMs, work orders, work centers, routings, unbuild, scrap, and MRP
- Proven ability to demo Odoo confidently in front of clients
- Solid understanding of inventory, sales, and purchase flows as they connect to POS and manufacturing
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE experience or knowledge of UAE business practices preferred
Nice to Have
- Odoo certification (Functional or Technical)
- Experience with multi company / multi branch setups
- Familiarity with UAE VAT, ZATCA, or Oman tax compliance in Odoo
- Experience in trading, F&B, joinery, or retail sectors
