This is a full-time remote role for an Odoo Functional Consultant.
The role supports operations across Dow Group's diverse business units through Odoo functional analysis and configuration.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map processes to Odoo modules.
- Configure functional setups to support business operations.
- Gather and document user needs and design workflows.
- Test and validate Odoo implementations for smooth adoption.
- Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and optimize existing configurations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP-related processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting requirements and identifying process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and user training.
- Solid business process knowledge covering sales, inventory, purchasing, CRM, and eCommerce flows.
- Consulting experience with discovery sessions, Odoo solutions, implementation, and change management.
- Finance understanding for accounting, invoicing, and reporting configuration.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, retail, or food and beverage models is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
