Role Overview
Nakshatra Solutions is hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant for client ERP implementation and support work.
The role requires 5–7 years of experience and focuses on Odoo functional delivery, business processes, and client engagement.
Implementation and Analysis
- Gather requirements through client discussions, workshops, and analysis sessions.
- Identify gaps between standard Odoo functionality and client expectations.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
- Map business workflows into Odoo and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams on functional requirements, customizations, integrations, and delivery.
Testing, Training, and Support
- Train end users and prepare manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Perform functional testing and UAT before deployment and coordinate issue resolution.
- Plan and execute go-live activities with minimal business disruption.
- Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, optimization, and client support.
- Maintain client relationships and recommend improvements to system usage and business outcomes.
