Role Overview
We are hiring a
Results-Driven Odoo Erp Sales Executive
- who can independently manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- This is NOT a coordination role.
- This is a

- You will be responsible for:
- Finding and generating your own leads
- Conducting client meetings (online & on-site)
- Delivering Odoo ERP demos
- Preparing pricing and proposals
- Closing deals
Key Responsibilities (Execution Focus)
- Generate leads via outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Qualify prospects and identify business needs
- Deliver
- high-impact Odoo ERP demos
- tailored to client use cases
- Build
- technical + financial proposals
- (scope, pricing, timeline)
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups independently
- Coordinate internally post-sale (handover to implementation team)
Required Profile (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in
- ERP or Odoo sales
- Ability to
- run full sales cycle independently
- Strong demo skills (not just talking — actual system walkthrough)
- Experience in
- pricing and proposal building
- Strong closing ability (not just lead generation)
Preferred (High Roi Candidates)
- Direct experience selling
Odoo Erp
- Experience in
- Saudi market
- Background in
- Marketing or Growth (Google Ads / Lead Gen)
- Understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, POS)
