Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy a robust connection between Odoo Online and Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API for automated messaging
- Customize the Odoo task interface for field staff to handle image uploads, GPS check ins, and material requests via mobile
- Develop complex automated actions within Odoo (e.g., triggered invoices, field alerts, dynamic pricing updates)
- Build a failover mechanism to switch to email if WhatsApp API delivery fails
- Enhance mobile friendly views and ensure workflows meet ISO documentation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in Odoo Development (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
- Strong expertise in RESTful API Integration (specifically Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API)
- Deep knowledge of Odoo Studio and Automated Actions
- Experience in designing efficient, audit ready operational workflows
- Bonus: Experience integrating AI engines (OpenAI) with Odoo
