Role Overview
The Odoo Developer will implement and customize ERP solutions across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, accounting, procurement, sales, POS, and F&B operations.
The role combines backend and frontend development, business process automation, integrations, and ERP solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
- Design scalable solutions using Odoo best practices and coding standards.
- Build workflows, automations, custom reports, and integrations.
- Customize backend and frontend components with OWL, JavaScript, XML, and UI enhancements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, payment gateways, APIs, POS systems, and external platforms.
- Optimize performance, database efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide sustainable solutions.
- Support ERP implementation, data migration, upgrades, and process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with functional teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Strong Odoo Framework and Architecture expertise is required.
- Advanced Python and PostgreSQL proficiency is required.
- JavaScript, OWL Framework, XML, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap experience is required.
- REST APIs, web services, and third-party integration experience is required.
- Linux, Git, Docker, and deployment knowledge is required.
- Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions is required.
Functional Expertise
- Required functional experience covers Manufacturing and MRP.
- Required functional experience covers inventory and warehouse management.
- Required functional experience covers procurement and supply chain.
- Required functional experience covers accounting and finance.
- Required functional experience covers sales and CRM.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is listed.
- A proven record of complex Odoo implementations and customizations is required.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and F&B is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, ownership, attention-to-detail, and independent-working abilities are expected.
