- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules using Python.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize existing Odoo modules and create new modules as required.
- Integrate Odoo with third party applications and internal systems.
- Support HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Project Management, and Asset Management modules.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Perform data migration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Provide user training and technical support to end users.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within the contract period.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands on experience with Odoo versions 14/15/16/17.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
- Experience in construction industry ERP systems is an advantage.

Role Overview
