- Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo to meet operational needs
- Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations

- Migrate data and ensure smooth system deployment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support
- Conduct on site training sessions for employees and key users
- Prepare user guides and documentation for internal teams
- Collaborate with management to improve business processes using Odoo best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and development
- Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and the Odoo framework
- Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Previous experience delivering end user training and workshops
- Ability to work on site and provide hands on support during implementation

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Odoo Customization & Implementation Specialist to join our team on site.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo to meet operational needs.

Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
