About the Role
UB(Thailand) is seeking an Odoo Consultant for end-to-end ERP implementation. The role involves analyzing business processes, designing systems, creating workflows, training users, and supporting UAT.

- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for system usage aligned with organizational needs
- Design system to suit actual usage

- Conduct training and knowledge transfer to users in each department
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues during go live
- Provide consultation and support after system go live
Requirements
- Experience in implementing Odoo system for at least 2 3 projects
- Understanding of Business Process in Sales, Service, HR, Finance, and Inventory
- Ability to design Workflow and provide best practice guidance
- Experience in training and knowledge transfer to end users
- Experience in Customization, System Integration, or module development is a plus

Position Overview
- Odoo Consultant (Permanent / Freelance / Project based) to implement and develop Odoo system, and transfer knowledge to end users, covering end to end implementation.
