Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare, process and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and letters
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in SAP and PayTrax
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, visa related documentation, and general HR administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office correspondence, filing, and document control
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and administrative purchases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role
- Mandatory working knowledge of SAP and PayTrax
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- This role supports both Human Resources and office administration.
