- 8+ years of experience in the role
- Experience architecting rack and datacenters based on OCP solutions
- Working knowledge of OCP standards and reference designs
- Experience with complex PCB designs including high frequency signals
- Knowledge of scale up and scale out network solutions (UALink, AFL, Infiniband, Ethernet, UEC)
- Experience with datacenter networking
- Experience with Switch architecture and Ethernet based protocols
- Good understanding of datacenter infrastructure and management support
- Knowledge of AI datacenter needs and requirements on hardware and firmware
- English level C1
- Bachelor, Master or PhD
