About the Role
Himma is seeking an experienced OCI Infrastructure & Environment Specialist to manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments, networking, security, and production operations. The role requires 5+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 3 years hands-on OCI experience.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage OCI environments across SIT, UAT, and Production; design, maintain, and optimize cloud architecture and resources
- Manage VCNs, subnets, route tables, security lists, NSGs, gateways, and load balancers; ensure availability, scalability, and operational stability
- Manage network segmentation and security controls; implement firewall policies, access controls, routing, and connectivity
- Govern infrastructure readiness for deployments and releases; review change requests and assess infrastructure impact
- Act as primary technical escalation point for OCI related issues; troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, security, and infrastructure incidents
- Partner with application vendors and development teams on infrastructure requirements; coordinate environment provisioning, access, connectivity, and deployments
Requirements
- 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
- Strong hands on experience with OCI services: Compartments, VCN Architecture, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Lists, NSGs, Gateways, Load Balancers, Compute, Object Storage, Bastion, DNS, Monitoring
- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, IPsec site to site VPN, routing, firewall administration, network segmentation
- Experience in banking, fintech, financing, or regulated environments (highly preferred)
- Arabic and English communication skills (preferred)

- We're seeking an experienced OCI Infrastructure & Environment Specialist to take ownership of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
What You'll Do
- OCI Infrastructure Ownership: Own and manage OCI environments across SIT, UAT, and Production; design, maintain, and optimize cloud architecture and resources.

- Infrastructure & Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, IPsec site to site VPN, routing concepts, firewall administration, network segmentation, and access control management.
- Security: Infrastructure security hardening, secure network design, IAM, security best practices, vulnerability management, and infrastructure risk assessment.
- Release & Operations: Environment management, change management, production deployments, rollback planning, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
- Experience in banking, fintech, financing, or regulated environments (highly preferred)
- Experience working with application development teams and external vendors
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Arabic and English communication skills (preferred)
