Occupational Therapist - Senior

We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Deliver independent high level Occupational Therapy clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapy practitioners and students as delegated.Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to influence the culture towards a common, patient-centred vision and direction.Remuneration value up to $157 359 p.a., comprising salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 6 months with possible extension).
