About the Role
Bespoke Therapy Solutions Rehabilitation Centre seeks a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Abu Dhabi. You will provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, intervention and ongoing therapy for infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, sensory, motor and functional needs
- Conduct standardized and informal evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver one to one therapy sessions
- Document clinical findings and progress
- Collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in case conferences, school visits and caregiver training
- Contribute to service development through evidence based practice, continuing education and quality improvement activities
- Deliver evidence based OT interventions for children with sensory processing, developmental and motor skill needs
- Track progress and adapt therapy goals to support each child's unique journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 2–5 years of pediatric clinical experience
- DOH/HAAD license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning and evidence based paediatric practice
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Specific skills and experience in Pediatrics, including work with infants, toddlers, school aged children and adolescents
- Excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, educators and healthcare professionals
- Experience in sensory integration, school based therapy, parent coaching, interdisciplinary teamwork and cultural responsiveness (beneficial)

Company Description
- Bespoke Therapy Solutions Rehabilitation Centre is a UAE based clinic providing evidence based Speech and Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy services.
- Services are offered across the lifespan, with a specialised focus on paediatrics, including infants, toddlers, children and adolescents, as well as adults with developmental, neurological, sensory or physical challenges.
- The clinic partners with nurseries, schools and healthcare providers to deliver collaborative rehabilitation services.
Role Description
- Provide assessment, intervention and ongoing therapy for infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, sensory, motor and functional needs.
- Conduct standardized and informal evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver one to one therapy sessions and document clinical findings and progress.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators and multidisciplinary team members, as well as participate in case conferences, school visits and caregiver training.
- Contribute to service development through evidence based practice, continuing education and quality improvement activities.
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning and evidence based paediatric practice.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation to support holistic, multidisciplinary care.
- Specific skills and experience in Pediatrics, including work with infants, toddlers, school aged children and adolescents with diverse developmental profiles.
- Excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, educators and healthcare professionals, including clear documentation and report writing.
- Additional beneficial skills: experience in sensory integration, school based therapy, parent coaching, interdisciplinary teamwork and cultural responsiveness.
