This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career, developing and refining their supervision and mentoring skills while shaping the growth of other clinicians. You will have the chance to share your expertise, support emerging therapists and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team, all while continuing to advance your own leadership capability.
You'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. Supervisor hours go towards your KPI.
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
The role is ideal for OTs with 4+ years of post-grad experience
