Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and follow up services
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
- Support the development and improvement of occupational therapy programs and clinical services
- Take a leadership role in organizing and developing the occupational therapy service
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and clinic management
- Contribute to clinical policies, procedures, documentation, and quality standards
- Participate in educational and awareness content related to occupational therapy
- Confidently appear on camera for professional, educational, and promotional content
- Perform administration tasks as needed across company departments
- Support workshops, community initiatives, and occupational therapy awareness activities
- Identify opportunities to expand and improve the clinic's occupational therapy services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 0 5 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative
- Confidence and comfort when speaking or appearing on camera
- Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong organizational, documentation, and patient management skills
