- Work closely with a Speech Language Pathologist as part of co therapy plan
- Document all details and generate official reports
- Participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings
- Be part of online resource development and webinars
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Must have a DHA license
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Neurodiversity paradigm or readiness to learn
- ND Affirming & Sensory Integration certified (desired)
- Already uses strength based approach (desired)

- Neurodiversity Affirming Therapist: Must be familiar with Neurodiversity paradigm or ready to learn.
- Provide sensory based assessments and work with individuals, families, and professionals.
- Use strength based approach focusing on sensory regulation rather than compliance.
- Work closely with a Speech Language Pathologist as part of co therapy plan.
- Document all details and generate official reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Must have a DHA license.

- Ready to learn and motivated to work with kids.
Training
- First 2 weeks will be extensive training with video calls and personal reading about Neurodiversity paradigm.
