About the Role
ABA Recruits is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a Special Needs Center in Doha. The role involves conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions for children with developmental and sensory challenges.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with various developmental and sensory processing needs
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals and progress
- Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions that enhance children's fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities
- Work closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and educators as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Guide and educate families and caregivers on home programs, exercises, and progress tracking
- Document all sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including hands on work with pediatric cases and children with special needs
- Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and families
