PMC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient team.

This role focuses on clinic-based pediatric occupational therapy, delivering evidence-based, play-focused treatment to support sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Opportunities available for aquatics/feeding/speciality programs.

New graduates encouraged to apply.

• Perform pediatric OT evaluations and assessments (OTR/L position only)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Address sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care, and ADLs
• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services
• Educate families on home programs and developmental strategies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OT) or COTA certification
• Active Maryland OT or COTA license
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills

• Monday–Friday, flexible
• Hagerstown or Frederick, MD locations
