About the Role
TENAS Factory is hiring an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations in a factory environment. The role involves daily inspections, monitoring PPE usage, investigating incidents, and conducting safety training.

Responsibilities
- Monitor implementation of industrial safety instructions across factory departments.
- Conduct daily inspection tours of production halls and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure alarm systems and fire extinguishing equipment are functional and document maintenance.
- Supervise use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure worker compliance.
- Inspect machinery and equipment for safety hazards and report defects.
- Monitor implementation of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.
- Investigate occupational accidents and injuries, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare periodic safety reports for management on safety indicators and incidents.
- Train workers on safety procedures, fire handling, evacuation, and chemical handling.
- Monitor storage and transport of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure safety signs and instructions are clear on floors, walkways, exits, and equipment areas.
- Monitor ventilation, lighting, and temperature in the work environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits
- Ability to investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
- Familiarity with emergency response plans and fire safety equipment
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Job Duties
- متابعة تطبيق تعليمات وأنظمة السلامة الصناعية داخل أقسام المصنع المختلفة.
- القيام بجولات تفقدية يومية على صالات الإنتاج وأماكن العمل للتأكد من الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
- التأكد من عمل أجهزة الإنذار ومعدات الإطفاء وتوثيق أعمال الصيانة الدورية.
- الإشراف على استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية والتأكد من التزام العمال.
- فحص الآلات والمعدات من منظور السلامة والإبلاغ عن أي خلل.
- متابعة تطبيق نظام قفل/وضع بطاقة (LOTO) عند إجراء أعمال الصيانة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المهنية وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتقديم توصيات.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية حول مؤشرات السلامة ونسب الحوادث.
- تدريب العاملين على إجراءات السلامة والتعامل مع الحرائق والإخلاء.
- متابعة تخزين ونقل المواد الخطرة والتأكد من الالتزام باللوائح.
- ضمان وضوح علامات السلامة والإرشادات على الأرضيات والممرات.
- مراقبة جودة التهوية والإضاءة ودرجة الحرارة في بيئة العمل.
