Essential
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - including RPD modeling, Data Visualization (DV), and Classic Analytics Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) experience.
Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and Oracle databases (ADW/ATP)
Experience connecting OAC to Oracle E‑Business Suite r12 or Oracle Fusion Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging business users and cross functional teams at all organizational levels
Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
Nice to have
Experience with Oracle OTBI, BIP, ECC, Blitz, or legacy operational reporting tools
Exposure to multi-region ERP deployments, or phased ERP data strategy initiatives
Understanding of Zscaler‑based secure connectivity, identity federation, and OCI tenancy structures
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OCI, or ETL tools
Oracle certifications in Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data
Experience working within ServiceNow and Azure DevOps plus a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
