Role Overview
Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across wastewater treatment plants and project sites.
The role reports to the O&M Manager or Project Manager and supports site teams, customers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily O&M activities with site engineers, operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Monitor plant operations and coordinate preventive, corrective, emergency, and breakdown maintenance.
- Track manpower, shifts, materials, equipment maintenance, breakdowns, service activities, and spare consumption.
- Prepare O&M reports, work status updates, quotations, service reports, work orders, and related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, purchase and stores teams, site teams, and management.
- Arrange technician and operator visits, site inspections, service schedules, and pending activity closure.
- Ensure site teams follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational standards.
- Support plant performance, maintenance planning, and customer satisfaction improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in O&M coordination, wastewater treatment, industrial maintenance, project coordination, or a related field.
