- Design and manage healthy meal subscription plans based on clients' nutritional goals
- Develop balanced menus and ensure meals meet nutritional standards
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Coordinate meal production, portion control, quality assurance, and food safety procedures
- Work closely with the fitness team to provide personalized nutrition solutions for members
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and menu performance
- Ensure consistency in meal quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the meal subscription program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthy meal subscription company or commercial meal preparation business
- Experience using Nutribot is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of meal planning, calorie management, macronutrients, and food safety
- Leadership experience in managing kitchen staff and daily operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Background in Sport Nutrition

Overview
- The Elite Health Club is looking for an experienced and motivated Nutritionist to lead our Healthy Meal Subscription Program and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- This role is ideal for a nutrition professional with experience in healthy meal subscription businesses who is passionate about nutrition, food quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage healthy meal subscription plans based on clients' nutritional goals.
- Develop balanced menus and ensure meals meet nutritional standards.
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations.
