Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition consultations and assess clients’ dietary needs, health status, and fitness goals.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans and recommend suitable Healthy Kitchen meal subscriptions.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, motivation, and dietary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure meals meet nutritional standards and client requirements.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, weight management, sports nutrition, and overall wellness.
- Create nutrition related content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client education.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting consultations into Healthy Kitchen meal plan subscriptions.
- Promote and upsell Healthy Kitchen meal plans and nutrition programs to new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates and client retention.
- Meet individual monthly sales and revenue KPIs set by management.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports on consultations and sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Licensed/Registered
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
