- Resolve nursing staff issues and provide operational support
- Conduct training for nurses and ensure compliance
- Manage nurse bags, leave planning, and public holiday scheduling
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the home healthcare team

We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team for immediate joining.
Requirements
- DHA License/Eligibility (Mandatory)
- Experience in home healthcare in UAE or home country
- Ability to manage 50+ staff members
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
