Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate Certified Nurse Instructor to join our training institute in Abu Dhabi.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality theoretical and practical training to Nursing Assistant students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands on practical training for Nursing Assistant students.
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with course objectives and healthcare industry standards.
  • Conduct clinical demonstrations and supervise practical skills training sessions.
  • Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, student progress reports, and academic documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with institute policies and healthcare education standards.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students throughout their training.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum delivery and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and/or teaching experience.
  • Previous experience in healthcare education or vocational training is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and effectively manage students in classroom and practical environments.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare training standards is an advantage.
  • Must hold a valid UAE visa.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • One flexible day off per week
